The instruction for this project was to redevelop and reconfigure a former industrial warehouse space into a new retail parade. The project required Focus Architecture + Surveying to draw on their experience of developing retail space and consider both the retailer and the customer.
The development provides over 6500sqft of prime retail space with both dedicated car parking and service yard.
